Unstoppable

Denzel Washington is back in action. After ‘Taking Of Pelham 123’ and ‘The Book of EII’ his new film ‘Unstoppable’ racked the theatres on its release. The November 12th movie got the highest ratings for Friday and will supposedly remain in either of the first two slots in the weekend.

Directed by Tony Scott, it’s another train story. Alongside Denzel, there is Chris Pine and Rosario Dawson in the limelight. The plot circles around an unmanned freight train which is traveling at a speed of 70 kilometer per hour and is loaded with combustible substances and poisonous gases that can lead to devastation. Frank, a locomotive engineer and Will, a train conductor chases the train in another coach to bring it under control. They manage to hook their locomotive to the runaway train and save it from getting derailed at Stanton Curve. After many a failed attempts and in desperation, they are aided by Wed. he lends a hand and is finally successful in stopping the train. The act makes the duo heroes and ensures the retiring engineer a promotion and full pension. Will gets along with his estranged wife and hence the happy ending. The movie is being critically acclaimed and the favourable reviews make it a must watch.
